Welcome to EM-PT

EM-PT brings training to you. All the equipment, enthusiasm and professional knowledge is brought to a location of your choice, be it a park, common, garden, home or private gym. We have been doing this for over 10 years.

All clients are assessed initially for body composition, injury history and posture so we can tailor a program specifically to you to get the results you are looking for.

We train clients for weight loss, muscle gain, injury prevention, posture correction, pre and post natal, sports performance, injury and operation rehab and general health and fitness. For any other goals please ask us as we are sure to have the experience and knowledge. 

 

We work with several trainers in the area so we can successfully provide a trainer with as many inquiries as we can. Our trainers are all professionally qualified, successful, specialize in certain fields and fully insured.

The areas we cover are (but not exclusive to) Wandsworth, Clapham, Balham, Earlsfield, Wimbledon, Southfields.

Training Tips

When working on fitness aim for short sharp sprints. 6 x 20 second sprints with a minute rest in between is ideal. Start with 4 x 15 second sprints with 45 second recovery in between and build up from there.

Training Tips

Flexibility is as important as strength when it comes to power output. If you have strong muscles but are inflexible, you won't be able release the potential strength. Lengthen out the muscles with stretching so you can work on the greatest range of motion possible.

Training Tips

Posture is the most important part of body conditioning and training! If you have poor posture you will pick up injuries due to poor muscle balance causing strain on joints. Work on correct posture 1st and then strength training!
