Sessions are provided for individuals, small groups (2, 3 or 4 people) and large groups (5+)



These sessions are for people who want private and personal attention to their fitness aims and goals.  The sessions will include a tailored program, specific attention to posture and technique, 1-2-1 exercises like boxing and assisted stretching. 1 or 2 sessions a week is most common but any amount is possible

Price per session

Individually booked sessions- £50

Block of 10 sessions- £450

Block of 20 sessions- £900 + 1 complementary session


These sessions are ideal for groups of friends who want to train together and save money. Whether it is 2, 3 or 4 friends, you will still get a personal experience with a tailored program and assisted stretching. 1 or 2 sessions a week is most common but any amount is possible. 

Price per session

2 people- £60

3 people- £75

4 people- £80


These weekly sessions are perfect for large groups of friends, colleagues or associates. The group commits to 6 weeks at a time and pays for this upfront. Once paid for, you come along to as many sessions as you can. These sessions can be for fitness, conditioning, weight loss, pre natal, post natal.


These sessions are for 5+ people and start from £85
